Got a Chihuahua puppy!

I know it has been awhile and I got him on the 21 but things have been crazy! So any way he is 11 weeks and 1 day today. His name is Jack. He is soooo cute and a hand full. Though he sleeps a lot. I wanted a doggy and my wonderful boyfriend got one for me. I love him so much he is such a great man and I am so happy with him. Jack is 2 pounds right now and is suppose to get to 4 pounds or maybe a little under but who knows as long as he is healthy. He does have a cherry eye.

The medical term for 'cherry eye' is nictitans gland prolapse, or prolapse of the gland of the third eyelid. Unlike people, dogs have a 'third eyelid' that contains a tear gland and is located in the corner of each eye. Under normal circumstances, this gland is not visible and aids in the production of tears. For some reason, which is not completely understood, the gland of the third eyelid prolapses or comes out of its normal position and swells creating the condition known as cherry eye. I got my hair cut!

So yesterday I decided to go get my hair cut. I have only every actually cut my hair once, no not counting trims that I didn't get done very often anyway. Plus I got layers which I have never done either. Now if you look at it its really nothing crazy its very long layers and my hair itself is still pretty long. It way just at my butt though so its a good amount off. So anyway to me it is crazy and I'm still trying to figure out what to even do with it. lol over all though I like it and I'm glad I got it done.

Not feeling good.

I'm on the couch sick, watching The Santa Clause and I guess blogging. lol man it has been a rough week. I wanted to get on at put a few picks of my mom and brother when they were here. I still haven't gotten the picks from my mom but I had  a few on my phone. 

The first five pics are at the Science Center in Seattle and the last three were at the Rain Forest Cafe. We all had lots of fun and I was really sad to see them go. OK well when I got more pics all put some more up. For now I'm going to sit here cuddled up and watch this movie. I love it. I love the Holidays they make me so happy, and a little sad. OK well hope everyone has a great day.

Update.

Just an update I still haven't received the pictures from my mom, but I still want to post about her being here. I woke up this morning so sore from working out the day before, but I'm proud of myself because I still worked out today. A very good cardio and strength training workout in one. Late news. Thanksgiving! I had a great Thanksgiving at my boyfriends parents house and it was a lot of fun and the food was great. I can't wait for Christmas for more great food. Another thing I want to talk about is that I want a puppy so bad. lol I have wanted one for a while now it's just really getting to me but the dog I want is supper expensive so I don't know about that. OK well sorry this is all over the place, but at least I posted. Things have been kinda crazy.

Came and went!

OK so I got to see my mom and brother and it was to nice to see them and we had a lot of fun while they were her, but now I am sad. I miss them so much all ready and its lame. It doesn't help that the holidays are coming up and I wont be around family again. Anyway though my mom took a lot of pics while she was here and is going to send them to me as soon as she can and then I will do a blog and show some pics. Well I am happy I got to see them and cant wait tell next time.

Yay! Quick note. My mom is going to be her tomorrow. I'm so excited I haven't seen her in over a year so it should be nice. plus its the first time she has ever been here so she gets to meet my boyfriends parents. Well I will probably take her out and show her around and maybe I will blog and post pics later this week. OK well hope everyone has a great weekend!

Happy Halloween!

Its Halloween! Yay what is everyone doing? I know a long of people probably did something yesterday because Halloween is on a Sunday, but you can still have some fun today. Me I need to go get some candy for the trick or treaters. My boyfriend is working today so I dont really get to do much plus we are dog sitting. This dog has so much energy it is crazy! I am all tired out already. At least I'm getting my exercise. OK well the dog wants more attention so I better go.

Temptu Airbrush makeup.

This stuff is my favorite. Though I have not tried everything I still think it is great. It is super easy to use, all you do is snap it on and spray. You can feel the air blowing so you know where it is on your face. What you do is put a layer let it dry then put another. It does not take very long to dry ether. I love the way it makes my face look and it doesn't feel heavy on my skin. For sure something I would recommend. Though it is expensive what you get does last a while if you don't put it on super heavy every time.

Makeup Forever HD Microfinish Powder

After trying this powder for a few weeks and trying it with my Temptu Airbrush Makeup I have decided that I love it. The powder makes my skin so soft and keeps my makeup fresh for longer. It also helped keep my oily skin and bay for most of the day. I needed a tough up towards the end of the day, but that's pretty good for me. Though this powder is kinda spendy a little goes a long way and i think it will last me a long time, which is great!

Waiting for a package.

So I am sitting at home waiting for a package and it sucks. I don't know exactly when it's suppose to be here and really I thought it would be here last week. Anyway I cant go anywhere or do anything because I don't want to miss it. Don't you hate that! I am really excited to get it though because it is my makeup that I have been waiting for. The weather is super windy and rainy, so I'm not sure if that is why I did not get it earlier this morning. Does anyone else ever have this problem and have to wait all day for a package? OK well I think I'm done venting for now.

What is it with guys and taking pictures? lol I know that some guys do like to take pictures but I know a lot who don't. One being my boyfriend. Every time I tried to take a pic with him just for the fun of it, he had a different face to make. It's actually kinda funny. Does anyone else have this problem?

Celestial Seasonings tea

OK so i love the celestial seasonings tea brand it is my favorite. They have so many different flavors and the packaging is really colorful and has a lot of information on it. My favorite flavors would have to be the Sleepytime, Honey Vanilla Chamomile, and the green tea.

Another thing that i love about this brand is that they have no string or staples and the site says that they are able to save more than 3.5 million pounds of waste from entering landfills every year! That is always great. So if you have never heard of this brand and you like tea you should check it out.

Super Excited

Just thought I would make a post, because I am so excited about this coming week. I ordered the Makeup Forever HD Micro finish Powder. I just had to let out some of my excitement. So I am pretty sure I am going to do a review, though I don't know if I'm going to do it right when I get it or wait a little while. I am thinking that I am going to wait so I can really see if I like it. There were a lot of good reviews, I'm hoping for the best. OK well that's all for now I'm going shopping. lol

Man i hate spiders.

So I'm kinda bummed today, I was all excited about getting our new TV today and its not coming. Other then that I was sleeping last night and woke up to a spider crawling  on my arm. OMG it freaked me out. I hate all the spiders that he have in this house, I never knew that there could me many around all the time. Does anyone know of a way to not have so many? Now I'm just sitting at home pretty bored, looking online for jobs. What and exciting day! lol

Off track.

The weekend is almost over and I'm trying really hard to get back on a normal schedule after my boyfriends two weeks off. I'm just so frustrated cause I have been so tired lately and have had no energy. Coffee helps and I love my coffee, but I don't want to drink it all the time. Plus I need to start working out again. I haven't done it sense he has been off and I know its so bad but its just been hard. Wow so this whole thing is really about nothing important I just really needed to talk about everything because its so frustrating to me. What is the best way to get back on track? I mean he can stay up all night sleep all day and then the next night pass out early no problem. Me? not so much. OK well I think that is enough of me venting for now.

Seattle

Sorry this is so late sense i went to Seattle on Saturday but i have just been feeling so crappy I'm not feeling very good right now but i really wanted to put this up. So i went so this coming home party that was on a roof top. it was so beautiful. all the tall buildings. it was something that I'm really glad i got to experience. That's what you get from a small town Alaska girl. Any way it was a wonderful day and i had so much fun with my boyfriend and meeting everyone.

Neutrogena Skin Clearing Mineral powder review.

Today i wanted to do a review on the Neutrogena Skin Clearing mineral powder. I have been using it for just over a week now and thought i would talk about it. It says that its suppose to treat and help prevent breakouts without the dryness or flakiness of other acne treatments.It also says its oil free, Non-comedogenic, gentle on skin, and it comes with an applicator that one side is for light coverage and the side is for more coverage.

  So i bought this because i ran out of my old powder and wanted to try something new. I have oily skin that can some times get dry in certain places. Starting with the statement of treating and helping prevent breakouts without the dryness or flakiness, i would have to say that it has not caused me to break out at all, but as for helping treat existing blemishes it has not really done that. What i do really like about it is that it does not cause dryness at all, with my oily skin i still gets oily really fast and does not really help keep the oil at bay.

The color that i have i believe is the second lightest color in Classic Ivory 10 that seems to be a pretty good match for me. As for coverage this product does not really cover very much at all, it is more of a good setting powder with a little color. Maybe if you wanted to put a lot on but it would probably want to get it in a shade lighter. 

So that's all i really have to say for this product. It worked for me when was in a pinch and needed some powder. It didn't cause me to break out which is always a plus. The powder also goes on very smoothly. Though i would probably not buy the product again it does at least get the job done. Check it out if you think you might like it.

What in the world?

So today me and my boyfriend went to the store and on the way we were going to make a right hand turn on a green light and someone tried to pull out in front of us on a yellow! What is it with people and driving now a days. its kinda scary and really frustrating. Also just in the past week i have seen so many almost accidents, its so crazy. So i just needed to vent, but just for fun if anyone has any stories about almost accidents or actual accidents that happened for stupid reasons let me know.

Something sweet!

OK so I haven't had coffee in over a week and today I really wanted some. The thing was we don't have and white sugar. So I was looking online for other things to put in coffee to make in nice and good! lol well after looking around for a little while I decided to use things I saw and just go for it. So I brewed the coffee and while that was doing its thing, I put vanilla soy milk in a pot and some cinnamon and brown sugar and let it simmer. Then I combined the two in a cup and finished off with a little cold soy milk and wow it was actually really good. Well I thought so. For sure something that I would do more then once. So that is actually really exciting to me cause I'm always looking for different ways to do things with whatever I happen to have in the house, and that is not always a lot.
